Mr.Frank from the play drama “The Diary of Anne Frank” is an example of a quality leader, the kind of one which makes wise decisions, is collected in tough situations, and protective of family. First, in an example of his wise decision making, Mr.Frank offers to teach Peter in his father’s stead seeing as he refuses to be taught by him. Next, in an example of his collected attitude, when the annex is in pandemonium over the stress of going into hiding, Mr.Frank stands up to explain the rules in an attempt to calm them. As seen here in the text, “Now. About the noise.
