PER REPORTER: Mr. Fair was beaten by Erleen about 4 or 5 days ago. The bridge of his nose was bloody and his eyes were swollen. The reporter is not sure if this was the first time this has happened. Mr. Fair did not receive any medical care. Per reporter Mr. Fair can not move around well and he has dementia. The reporter said that Mr. Fair is being physical and financial abuse Erleen. He does not have access to his fund. Erleen had his bank account switched over. Per reporter she is Mr. Fair primary caretaker. He does not have a POA. According to the reporter Mr. Fair is at his home address and Erleen still has access to him.
