Mr. Rivas reported that she does not allow the child to bring clothes or toys to his home. He indicated that the mother will not drop the child off at his him in Merrick, she is insistent on the child being taken to the paternal grandmother’s home in Hicksville.

The father stated that Ms. Casale is not willing to allow his fiancé to supervise him time with the child.

Mr. Rivas reported that there are no problems associated with his supervised time with his child. He reported that there is no evidence that he has endangered the child in any way. He indicated that Angelina has never been injured in his care.

The father stated that he has taken the child to a fair alone with other children, he indicated that there were no reports of misconduct
