Mr. Barnes is a 21 year old male who presented to the ED under petition by his sister for exhibiting bizarre behavior. She reports Mr. Barnes has been talking about dying the last few day, attempted to hang himself, and has expressed symptoms of psychosis. Before the assessment Mr. Barnes's sister, Crystal Brower, was contacted for collateral information. Ms. Brower reports yesterday her brother was found burning things in his back yard like the hair he cut off his head, papers, and clothes. She reports he was talking about God and demons. Ms. Brower reports her brother expressed to her he had to do these things because the world was about to end and he was "Noah", like from Noah's Ark, and had to save everyone. She reported he was at a party
