If you would like to pursue the higher step for Mr. Alonzo, I'll need a signed superior qualification justification memorandum. I've attached a sample for your convenience along with the regulatory guidance. Based on the general pay table (attached), you may request approval to offer an annual salary between $40,150-$52,199.
