The Operational Expenses in the company can be improved, so it means that the real Income can increase, especially because Movistar has a lot of contracts signed with partners and providers that cannot help to the company, in some projects or services Movistar is using technology to reduce the operational cost, for example, they are creating Operational Global Centers focusing on the remote operations and support of the services. These Operational Global Centers are one in Miami Florida and the second in Madrid to cover the needs of the two main regions.
In the same way, they are trying to force this kind of model to the partners and suppliers to reduce the costs like for example Huawei has 3 in the world, One in Shenzhen China, One in India and One Mexico in Queretaro
