Would you be surprised if the entire human race would be moving to a whole other planet? Although it is shocking, an article published by The Week’s staff, “Billionaire Space Race” has said we are supposed to move within the decade. “ Musk vows to send an unmanned capsule within two years to begin conducting experiments on the Red Planet and lay the groundwork for landing humans there by 2025.” Another Article called “78.000 People Sign Up to Move to Mars FOR LIFE” explains how people are already planning to change their lifestyles for the new Red Planet (over 78,000 of them to be exact). Astronomy.com has explained that they are also planning on sending people to Mars, their personal deadline is 2030. Nasa has already found ways to cover food and water, but the only question that is out of the picture now is oxygen. The problem with that is oxygen is going to be billions of dollars, and most people do not have the money for that. In order to sustain life on Mars, oxygen needs to be free because we require it to breathe, oxygen is the basic foundation of life, and oxygen makes our water sources cleaner.

That is clearly not the case as The Mineral Coalition Association, a site of many credibilities & scientific discoveries explain “Oxygen probably deserves the title of the most important element for most types of life. It is one of the six bulk elements and it is the most common element in the human body, making up 61 % of the average human’s mass. In addition to being a constituent of DNA, it also plays a role in most other biological compounds. It is used in the respiration of most organisms. Last but not least, it is a component of water, upon which all life.” (Mineral Coalition Association Article). I agree with the Coalition Association because unlike water, we can only survive minutes without

Not only want to, but eventually people may need to go to other planets and there is a chance that it could become a huge part of life and a huge step up from where humans are today. A new galaxy has been discovered called TRAPPIST-1 which has seven Earth like planets, three of them suitable for life. If humans could get to this galaxy which is only 39 light years away, it could be a huge necessity. Most people think we should invest time and money going to Mars, to the moon, and then other planets in our solar system.…

Going to Mars may sound like the trip of a lifetime. Going to a planet that is so much different than our own, training with professional astronauts and, of course, flying in a spaceship. However, the Mars One plan has many flaws, such as an unrealistic amount of time to make the mission work, not enough money to buy space equipment, and a low food supply. One of the main problems with Mars One’s plan is the time they say it will take get the mission ready.…

During the 1960 Democratic Nomination Convention, candidate John F. Kennedy referred to space as the “New Frontier,” and ever since astronomers have ardently pushed the boundaries of space exploration . Nowadays, many look to push the boundaries of this frontier by focusing on Earth’s nearest planet, Mars, and in particular astronomers have researched the possibility of a manned missions to Mars. This proposal seriously began with Wernher von Braun, the first person to conduct a detailed technical study of a Mars mission in 1952 . The quest for Mars soon heated up during the Space Race between the United States and Soviet Union, as both countries explored the possibility of such a program, although with very limited progress. The Mars initiative…

Water is a naturally occurring, inorganic compound, which covers nearly 71 percent of the Earth’s surface, making up the hydrosphere. While water has a definite chemical composition of H2O, it does not have an orderly crystalline structure and is not solid in its liquid form. In its solid form, on the other hand, H2O is called ice, which gains the solid crystalline structure that H20 lacks in its liquid form. Because of this difference in state, water cannot be defined as a mineral, while ice meets all of the geological requirements to be considered a mineral. Synthetic opal, by definition, is not naturally occurring, and therefore cannot be defined as a mineral without any further examination.…

Luckily for us, there is Martian soil on Mars. This means we can put the soil through a filter that takes the water out of the soil. This provides us with both water and soil. With these two things in mind, we are able to grow most of our food. Once we start growing food and plants, we would be able to get ecosystems, just like what we have here on Earth.…
