Moving to a new state can be nerve-racking, especially if you're not really sure you are going to like it there. A great option in this case is to rent a place in your new location until you know if you are going to like it there. This will also allow you to explore the area to find a suitable place to live versus buying a home in an area that you aren't familiar with and having to sell another home and move again.
If you want to know how to sell your house quickly when moving out of state, you might consider pricing your home a little lower than the current market values just to make sure it sells quickly. This will help you avoid having to pay for two houses at one time for very long and having to worry about how quickly your house will sell, especially if you are paying two mortgages. And you might end up making more money in the long run after all is said and done.
