Moving Out Of Opportunities In The Workplace

I have been steadily moving up positions over the last two and a half years. However due to being overlooked and underappreciated multiple times it has been made clear to me that though all of my direct supervisors and managers have felt that I have potential to be great in a higher authority position there is a member of higher superiority who feels young females lack the intimidation needed to make respectable leaders; therefore I am out of opportunities for advancement. With that being said I feel it is time to take my loyalty, dedication, and hard work to a company that might offer more
