Moving Back To High School

If I could travel back in time, I want to go back to my senior year in high school and support the decision by telling myself that “what you have been through made me now”. Because of that decision, I faced the struggle and that struggle made my dream to be a professional accountant.
When my mother diagnosed advanced breast cancer, I witnessed a miracle that mother recovering from the surgery and chemotherapy. Moreover, I saw the devotion from the doctors and nurses to mother to be heal from the day 1 in hospital. As I saw that they are pleased when patients heal from the disease, I wanted to be like them and help the people. From that day, I decide to be a doctor who helps the people and share the miracle what I saw. I focused to study more on biology and chemistry and made a goal to go to medical school.

Although I studied the medical subjects for the whole high school year, I was more interested in and good at numbers and intercultural communication. By joining the newspaper publishing club and interviewing people who work in various jobs, I learned that people working in other than medical job also helps people for the better world. After all, I realized that I wasn't looking into myself and thinking about the career that I really want. With lots of discussions with teachers and contemplation, I decided to change the goal and apply for the business school. I, however, struggled on persuading my parents as they want me to apply for medical college and continue what I studied. After a long period of time, my parents allowed me to spread my wings with my interest in business and entered the business
