Moving Away-Personal Narrative

Imagine standing in the street, in front of you is your house. The house you grew up in, where all your memories were made. You walk in the front door and your best friend is standing there...waiting for you. That person is your safe place, the place you go to when you're hurt, scared, elated, or ecstatic. You close your eyes and when you reopen them they’re gone. Abandoning you. The safe place doesn't exist anymore. Or at least, that's how I felt when my best friend moved away.
Stumbling across the wobbly bridge, all of the emotions I had rained out of my eyes. It’s losing the person that you didn’t know you needed. The person you have all of the childhood photographs with, the person that for two years was inseparable from my side. Then,
