At the beginning of this project, coming up with a theme was quite easy but connecting them all together using different genres seemed like an almost impossible task. As I thought more about it, I decided to use the green light as my theme because I felt like the light was a big part of the book since it represents an unattainable dream or future. In this box, you are gonna see four different types of genres such as a found poem, a newspaper article about Gatsby’s parties, a drawing, and a movie trailer. I chose these four genres because I can really describe my theme through them.
