The movie started off with clips of a missiles going up and exploding. It was a really good opening to the movie. The music along with what was being shown made it have an epic affect to it which made me get interested before the movie actually started. The first …show more content…
Their family had kids, a working father, and a housewife. The problem started when it was reported to the American government that two U2’s took pictures of the Soviet Union putting SS4 Ballistic missiles in Cuba. This really worried America because these missiles could range around 1,000 miles which means they could reach as far north as Washington DC. Also, it was found that they had 32 missiles. When launched, these missiles could kill millions and millions of Americans and would destroy most of America’s bomber bases with only a 5 minute warning. These missiles were not yet functional but they were guessing in 10-13 days they could be. President John F. Kennedy had to be careful and fast with all of the decisions he made to get the missiles out of Cuba because a wrong decision could lead to a war that no one wanted because it could be big enough to be known as World War 3 and if he didn’t make one fast enough it could lead to bad things as well.
