The movie I am reviewing is called “Hoosiers.” This movie is about a basketball coach named Norman Dale (Gene Hackman) who comes to work at small high school in rural Hickory, Indiana. I am here to give my opinion of this movie, and it’s not a good one.

I felt that the character of Jimmy Chitwood (Maris Valainis) did not get enough character development as he should have, considering the amount of focus put on him in the beginning. Out of nowhere he decided to rejoin the team with no development at all. He was then almost completely ignored the rest of the film.

I didn’t like much about this movie. I am not into any sports or anything sports related, so I naturally think negatively of it. It was slow paced and a bit boring at times.
