“Do you wanna, do you wanna be, happy” “Intro” by J. Cole Forest Hills Drive

The sixth shot of Grey Goose burned my throat as I forced it down. I gasped, then laughed at the girl who threw up next to me. “Such a lightweight,” Arianna laughed. I was accustomed to drinking rum with my family and had become great at holding my alcohol. Being Jamaicana had it’s perks. The drive back to The Waldorf Astoria Resort Boca Raton Resort, from the concert was crazy and I needed to enjoy myself. More J. Cole music played in the background and I knew the party was already in full swing. I was in a great mood and already flirting with half of the guys in my suite that wanted to get me drunk. To my left was a guy, the only person I didn 't recognize in my

My moms BMW had better gas milage and I knew she wouldn 't mind driving down. We drove down Friday, the day of the concert and made it home Sunday for work the next day. We met up with Arianna and her mom at a Panera Bread two hours before the concert started. I was starving and wanted to have food in my stomach so I wouldn 't get sick from drinking. My mom tossed me the keys and jumped in the car with Bertha and they drove off jamming to Michael Jackson. I wolfed down my flatbread and cola, while Arianna made calls to get us booze. She was also Caribbean and could hold her liquor just as well as any Medieval Viking.

On the way to the concert we met up with one of my friends from Boca Raton who came up from the concert. Jesse was a professional DJ who I met on a trip to Pompano beach high school for a student government camp. He was so excited about me coming down south, he planned and hosted a concert after party at The Waldorf Astoria Resort Boca Raton Resort. We cancelled our reservations at a random La Quinta in that area and agreed to stay in a second suite reserved for us. He invited all the fellow campers I had met in Pompano Beach and promised lots of weed and

She seemed timid and shy, but her fiery long red hair and dark skin said otherwise. As we played, my points doubled her own and the boys called out to her, calling her a whore and a slut. I then remembered back to when I met. It was during the camp, they discovered her several times performing sexual acts with some of the boys around the camp grounds. At one point I had confronted her. When I saw her with a guy I had been getting lovey-dovey with, she spit on me and mumbled something under her breath. This memory agitated me and I demolished her in the game. But to my surprise a few guys led her away like a champion to another room. I instantly grabbed Arianna and followed them to a room down the hall which stayed

On Saturday, the 6th of February, I was working at my station when Lorena, the supervisor arrived. She asked me if I had changed the lock on the locker that was behind the Whiskey Down. I then proceeded to show her that with the key that was there on the lock, the lock could be opened without an issue.…

It was hot and it got exhausting. The sun was glaring down at us and we had to keep directing traffic in the hot sun and at that time I was really regretting going to the show. It felt like I was just standing there pointing in one direction, walking back and forth in the hot sun. I remembered we were doing this for the community which was important to the Blue Angels because they needed help with the traffic because there was a lot of people coming so I thought it was an important contribution. They finally brought us some water and food which was great because we were all thirsty and hungry from standing in the heat almost all…

Who is Nirvana? Why are they important? In a society that demands conformity why did a group of high school dropouts draw the attention of the entire nation with this new form of musical expression that seemed to thrive on negative emotions and controversial ideas? These questions always seem to follow particularly rock musicians because of the topics and the visual impressions they use to express their views of the world. Their impact on the music industry has completely changed how some labels produce their artists, but how did this grunge movement start and why is nirvana the focus of it?…

They said “ If I was told at the beginning of the two weeks I would hang out with a bunch of 12 year olds I wouldn’t have came. I went to the concert with my best friend; I could tell she was not excited as much as I was. At first, the crowd was only about 120 people, but as the main stage’s set progressed, and the more crowd-hyped bands played, the crowd got bigger. There were drunks, stoners, and shirtless men and girls everywhere and it was kind of disgusting. Managing through all of the nastiness, somehow my friend and I pushed our way through the smelly crowd.…
