Newest Generation Increasingly Turning Away From TV The inventors of Netflix and YouTube have made it easier than ever for children to watch movies on almost every small screen there is. It is more common to see more people facing their screen watching a movie, rather than seeing someone watch a movie on a television. Our modern world is constantly figuring out more ways to see and watch movies everywhere they go. In the article titled "Move Over Cable TV, Kids are more Interested on What's on the Small Screen," by Jennifer Van Groove. The author states that more children and teens prefer to watch videos or movies on a small screen rather than a big TV in their living room because it is easier to carry and you can take it everywhere you go. …show more content…
It is almost like it never ends. When a tablet, smartphone or other handheld device, kids can watch videos on apps whenever they want to, whether it's in a dentist office, at home or walking on the streets. Next, the wide variety of videos online are admired by different genders and are watched on different apps.
