Mountainside Industries Report
The purpose of this report is to extensively provide consultation services for the Mountainside Industries on the issue of lack of cooperation that the business is currently facing among its four divisions. For the purpose of ensuring that the client understands the reasons for the recommendations, the report will begin by totally describing the nature of the problem. The report will then discuss the significance of solving the problem identified for the purpose enhancing cooperation in the business. The last part of the report will include the recommendation in which the management should take to ensure that the four divisions are on board in the efforts to ensure efficiency and help the company manage its operations effectively. The problem of the organizations is the lack of teamwork. The individual divisions do not feel as if they are part of the merger and that’s why they are acting separately. Besides, the

After the team building, the second recommendation is that the merger should restructure and consolidate the four divisions so that they can operate as the one organization that they are instead of competing against each other. Lastly, a new CEO should be appointed to oversee the operations of the organization as the pivot of Mountainside Industry and not as the supervisor or inspector as it is in the current case with Mr.
