Mountain Laurel Cabin Rentals is a property management company, with offices in Blue Ridge, GA and Ellijay, GA. The company serves as an intermediary for homeowners looking to rent their property and travelers looking to secure a cabin in the mountains of North Georgia. Rental properties are within 25 miles of Blue Ridge in Fannin and Gilmer Counties. Areas include Blairsville, Blue Ridge, Cherry Log, Ellijay, Mineral Bluff and Morganton. There is also property available in Murphy, NC.
Rentals
Cabin rentals range from a one bedroom for couples to six bedrooms for families or small groups. There are five types of cabins, all of which are fully furnished: Mountain View Cabins, River Cabins, Wooded Cabins, Luxury Cabins and Lake Cabins. Some cabins are in secluded areas, while other cabins are in high-traffic areas. Amenities vary per cabin, but most include either satellite TV or cable and a DVD or VCR. Travelers may book a reservation by calling the office or online through a secure portal. A third of the rental fee is due at the time of the reservation with a valid credit card. The balance must be paid within two weeks of the reservation date, and can be paid in cash, cashier’s check, money order or traveler’s checks. Mountain Laurel Cabin Rentals requires a 15-day advanced notice, if the credit cardholder does not want the company to automatically place the balance on his/her credit card. Furthermore, taxes, a cleaning fee, a non-refundable damage protection fee and a refundable security deposit are added to the credit card at the time of booking. The company has an anytime cancellation fee and all cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are kept, if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the reservation.
