Mount Rushmore: A Narrative Analysis

Twas a night on Halloween, very dark and the full moon was shining right through the clouds like the ones in the movie. One human and one dog wanted to do the unaccomplished and climb mount rushmore. There names were Mike and Ike. They were best friends since Mike got out of college back in 2013. But what they did not know is that someone else was going to be at mount rushmore at such a late time. Mike packed all their gear and put it all in the car ready to go. It was in only a 45 minute drive from where he lived. They had to leave at about 10:00 pm. if they wanted to get in there and hide so they don’t get caught. They start to leave the house.

They were only about 5 minutes away on a back road hidden in the woods. It was a perfect place for them to hide the truck.
Mike grabbed all the gear and strapped Ike’s onto his back. They started their 7 minute walk to the back of mount rushmore. They finally reach the back on mount rushmore and take the gear off to start their ascent up to the top of mount rushmore.
“Ready to get up there Ike?” says Mike Mike finally puts on all of his gear to climb up there. He almost forgot to strap his dog into its gear. They finally strap up and are ready to go. Ike was strapped into Mike’s gear so Ike would just hang and not have to do any work. They about halfway up the hill when they hear a really loud noise come from there truck almost like a gunshot and a window shatter. “That sounded really bad but we need to get up there cause we already are halfway there.” They reached the top of the mountain! It was only 11:11 so they have to wait about an hour so they don’t get caught up there. They hear some chuckling from a scary movie coming from the bottom of where they came from, they didn’t think anything of it though because they thought it was an
