The State of Colorado

Geography: Denver is the capital of Colorado. On August 1, 1876, Colorado became the (38th) state.The states that border Colorado is Arizona, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming. The area of Colorado is 104,185 mi² The nickname of Colorado is The Centennial State.
Mount Elbert is the highest point in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain of North America. They said, “The North Park is drained by the North Platte River, which flows north into Wyoming and Nebraska”.
Climate: They said,”Mountain and surrounding valleys greatly affect local climate”.During summer there was a problem in 1999-2005,”drought was a major problem causing water restriction and brown vegetation”. In 2011 a 5.3 earthquake occurred
