Four Core Motives

In this world we are all striving to be something, we all have motive and reason. While we all know this simple fact and statement, something that is simply not quite well known is that there are only for core motives that are in the world. Now this might come as a shock to most that out of the seven point two billion people on this earth there are only four core motives that are distributed between us. The method in the madness comes from the one and only Dr. Taylor Hartman, after years of research he figured out that between all mankind we each have one of four core motives. A blue has the core motive of intimacy, not that does not only follow the definition of “ a close, familiar, and usually affectionate or loving personal relationship with another person or group.” (http://www.dictionary.com/ 1) meaning they look for relationships, it also means they look for value. They want something to have memories, build bonds, look nice, be organized, they want everything to have value. The whole want of value is why they would be cleaning the party, not because there germaphobes but because they want it to have value. A blue has allot of good things going for themselves such as they are: quality oriented, loyal, organized, caring etc. But with the good also comes the bad, and blues are no exception. Some things that might not be as attractive about blues might be they are usually: unforgiving, emotionally unstable, erational; they take things too seriously... Even with the bad if you are a blue don 't be worried you are still a great person, these things again are not 100% true we all go through filters; events or experience we have in life that change us, that might make us seem one color or one way but deep down we all know our …show more content…
Red with its bold firmness, it is has a sense of power to it. “Healthy Reds are the lifeblood of humanity. They are the movers and shakers of society.”- Dr. Taylor Hartman, reds get things done. They are just wanting to get from point A to point B as efficiently, and fast as possible. Their core motive is power, they want it and love it. A red is a natural born leader, they flourish in the spotlight, and will challenge whoever is taking it if it’s not themselves. Reds strengths may be composed of, they are: logical, determined, goal oriented, natural leaders etc. Being a red is a very good thing but they do have their flaws for example they are: know it alls, insensitive, bigoted, argumentative, self centered... A red is often a very pushy person, they will argue with you and hurt your feelings but wont care, this is because they are tough skinned they don 't take offense to argueing. To a red arguing is natural they might argue a very heated way and walk away not caring, but if it was a blue they might walk away hurt or looking for revenge
