Motivational Manifesto Thesis

The Motivational Manifesto was written by Brendon Burchard, this book is a powerful and poetic call to reclaim our Personal Power. This book starts you off with a couple of strong quotes; one by Albert Einstein and another by John F Kennedy. JFK’s goes as follows; “Conformity is the jailer of freedom and the enemy of growth”. As you read the book you start to feel the weight of the quote, even in the first section of the book as it breaks down human nature; on freedom, on fear, and on motivation. The second section walks you through nine declarations on what we shall do to claim our personal power and growth. The nine declarations are: 1. We Shall Meet Life with Full Presence and Power

I am certain Brendon Burchard placed this declaration towards the ending because it is one of the most important ones. “To Amplify Love” could mean so many different things, the beauty is in the eye of the beholder with this declaration. “ We are at our finest when we give and live in love, and at our worst when we hoard it, deny it, and choke it from our existence”. This I know to be true, and the love can vary from human to human, human to an object, human to a place, etc. I’ve seen it personally, with my Sister and her son. When he was born, there was nothing more beautiful and she became her best self when she took on the role of motherhood. I have also seen the opposing dark side, people so hurt by a past relationship that they close off any chance of being close to someone, not allowing anyone too close to avoid making them feel vulnerable.
