After completing this section of the test, my score was 117. This indicated that I should be aware of my tendency to focus on quantity over quality. It mentioned that I might do better in jobs that are routine and rely on speed rather than creativity for success. Currently, I am in a position where there is no change with the work or my performance. Before I came into this position about ten years ago, the program was in trouble. I work a juvenile assessment center (JAC) and when children under the age of 18 are arrested, they come into my building for the booking process. Juveniles are not placed in a jail facility for the initial intake paperwork. Once they are scored by a screener, the screen will determine if the child is able to go home or be place in secure detention. The program I run is a mental health and substance abuse program.
