Motivation Essay: How To Start Losing Weight?

(Disclaimer: This will be quite a long post. If you do read until the end, just know that results and steps may vary :D)
By now some of you already know that I’ve been working out for and today marks the 3rd month, but what some of you don’t know is that I don’t have a trainer, I go by my own pace while doing this in our garage, using only 2 DB’s that range from 5-52.5lbs and a Bowflex Cable Pulley Station. I’m no expert which means I won’t be going in depth, but that doesn’t mean I can’t share the steps I took to get where I am now. Also, I told Sandra that I was going to post some sort of motivational thing.
SO HERE IT IS.

Meet someone in class
You’ve been working out for a week now, and by now you know you’re going to last for at least a month. You don’t know whether or not you can keep on going after that, maybe this will be just like one of the other things you start and just end up quitting when things get hard.

Another normal day in school... or maybe not. See that girl right in front of you? The one with the amazing smile, and whose eyes you just get lost in? Yes, her. Why don’t you man up and ask her something stupid and class related. Just as expected, the first interaction ended up being a bad one. You only meet Monday and Wednesday, two chances a week and you already messed up. Hopefully you haven’t scared her off and maybe next week you can do better.

Look at that, she still decided to sit in front of you. Why don’t you start a conversation with another stupid class question. Jeez. Since when were you ever that interested in the Syllabus? Class ends, her friend comes from the other side of the room and introduces herself. You start talking and things seem to get better. You sense that she’s pretty shy, doesn’t seem to talk much so maybe you should approach things differently.
