For people, commercial advertisement can be a normal part of life, with no big meaning. One can say that it is meant to notify the world that “this” is happening or “that” is in stores NOW! Have you ever came across an ad where everything to colors, actors, etc, makes you have a whole different viewpoint of the world? For an example, People say “motherhood” is an amazing feeling to be apart of, and of course it is, but no one ever said anything about how other moms could look down on you or shame you for doing what you think is going to be best for your child.
One particular advertisement tells us how “The MotherHood” is portrayed in their point of view and probably others as well. In the advertisement, the target audience was for everyone but moms in general. The ad first shows different stereotypical moms groups coming into one location. The music playing in the background has tension and rhythm into it. They start shouting out stereotypical uses to one another. After a few yelling back and forth, a mom accidently let go of her baby’s stroller. While the stroller was heading down hill, every one stopped and they all ran after the stroller.They started to

This appeal can become powerful depending on how you would use it. For the ad “The MotherHood”, affiliation demonstrates on two subjects: to create good morals and to be apart of the “good” group. This link on to the real product being sold. “The need to associate with other is widely invoked in advertising and probably the most prevent appeal”. This quote briefly coats the two subjects. Like said, the mom’s start judging each other instead of understanding. The whole confrontation of the mothers is the lack of communication. Before, you see them calling out on each other, then it shifts to a perspective at the end where the mom’s are talking to each other. This evoke feelings of “welcoming” to
