I would like to draw parallels to the current hostile atmosphere with immigration, specifically the minimization of refugees. Immigration is a hot-button issue, and there are many strong established opinions surrounding immigrants, language, and nationality. To strengthen the argument, I believe it is essential to add a counter-argument to the discussion, and support of study-based evidence to balance the emotional nature of the topic. This will leave the reader with a strong impression of the material and offer a well-supported argument to defend the thesis. In each body paragraph, I hope to introduce a new point to support my argument. I will support the point with a few pieces of evidence to support my statement. By summarizing the evidence in the final paragraph, the reader is prompted to reflect on the many supporting details that conclude in an agreement with the thesis.

Feedback will help me look at the big picture of the essay. It will improve my essay by helping me structure my article to incorporate the arguments that I would like to explore and connect them appropriately to the text. I also think that feedback will help me get over any hang-ups that I may experience in the essay. For example, it can help me cut any material that may not work, but I may be emotionally invested in.
