From the industrial revolution to the contemporary time period many conflicts arose. Starting with world war one, world war two, the cold war, the great depression, and many other conflicts. Those conflicts characterized that time period of distress and disaster. Thankfully even in the worst times leaders with strong values arose and made legacies in the period of trail. Each one of does legacies is different from one another for their different circumstance they arose. Several outstanding legacies contrast each other by the field of focus and time which is defined by their core value.

In that time period many changes occurred all around the world. Form the two most harmful wars, world war one and world war two, to the independence of many countries in Africa and Asia. Within new technology that connected the whole world in seconds, to new weapons which have to power to exterminate two thirds of a whole human race. With all that misery and success in on century, Mother Teresa legacy gave a shine of hope to all people in distress. She gave the legacy of endless love and devotion to those in need. Her work started in India in which she founded a medical center called the “Missionary of Charity” for the sick and needy. The legacy she left focuses more on the need of each individual rather than the best for all. Thankfully here values helped structure the legacy she made in her life of dedication to others. The values of that legacy are servant leadership, perseverance, relational, courageous, and wisdom. The devotion she gave to help others made it so long lasting that even now a day her legacy is still firmly present and celebrated. It is known to be the most humanitarian of the twenties century. The picture could have been totally different if Mother Teresa did not have those values and just lived the most comfortable live one could wish for. Looking at Thomas Newcomer his legacy was based on his invention which helped improve the mining industry. While looking at Mahatma Gandhi’s legacy is totally different because Mahatma Gandhi was in an entailer distinct circumstance. While Newcomer’s legacy was to invent a new machine because of his needs. Mahatma Gandhi’s legacy wanted a change in politics because of his values of equality. Then Mother Teresa’s legacy was selfless for that legacy wanted to help those in need. Moreover, all of those legacies were cheated in different environments and time settings.
