The essence of leadership consists of love. There are many types of love to be considered. Everyone is important including the patients. I have grown to appreciate every family member and my close friends. Also, I developed a passion of caring for patients. Motivation is the performance that leaders want others to believe and do the right thing. Most of the books I read are mainly fiction, but this particular book by Mr. Hunter is quite intriguing. He is very knowledgeable and tells different experiences throughout his path by explaining the meanings and qualities of servant leadership.
