The quality of education and educators has been rabidly changed at the last decades. It is normal to say that each era have their different kinds of education methods and means. But today it become clear how is significant ideas and practices lead to affective and productive education. It is not a matter of only delivering information but also the way that information is delivered is important. In this paper I tend to put the light on some important characteristics and methods of effective educators practices.

The world today becomes like a small village and moving from country to another become easier and in some cases necessary. The way of teaching learners with considering global prospective will make it easer for learners to contribute with glob and find a job overseas. Globalization cased many American companies to move abroad to find cheaper and high skilled workers. Richardson (2012). That is not only in America but the rest of the world contributing with each other in a way or another. For example, how many students from the rest of the world in America? That shows the need of global mindset teaching, because we will find a higher rate of unemployment of whit and blue collar worker who cannot work or adapt out of their country. Richardson (2012).
Teachers with global perspective have traveled abroad and have experience other cultures and costumes. They provide their students with knowledge about language, food, and habits etc. of other cultures. Global teachers are able to transfer experience to their students about other countries. These tools increased and improved the quality and quantity of learning and teaching. Using technology makes it easy for learners and teachers to reach desirable information. That means effective educators should encourage their learners to take advantage of knowledge that suite their interest. Educators are responsible of using the appropriate technology based on the subject they teach.
There is a study conducted by Dr. Felini Damiano about the Quality of Media Literacy Education as a tool for teachers of elementary school in Italy. In this study the researchers tested the effectiveness of using media for educational purposes in early stages. The findings showed that the use of technology and media are useful. Using technological tools can increase student’s ability of observation, evaluation, comparisons and linguistics functions. Using technological tools for education can improve student’s critical thinking and enhance their ability of problem solving and ideas creativity. It is the responsibility of educational institutions of choosing media that is appropriate, suitable and things that have value because bad media does not work. Felini
