So our topic is “The Most Dangerous Food in the World.” Now everyone loves food right? Isn’t it like the highlight of our day? Well little do you know, your favorite food can be the deadliest thing to you. Now I don’t mean to scare you, but today I will be informing you on how too much of these certain types of foods can cause heart disease. A heart disease generally refers to conditions that involve narrowed or blocked blood vessels that can lead to a heart attack, chest pain (angina) or stroke. A buildup of fatty plaque in the arteries can cause heart diseases. So the top things I researched that can cause heart disease is salt, frozen meals, fried food and even breakfast. I will be explaining how all of these types of foods can harm you. …show more content…
Such as the dinners, vegetables and pies. It is rich in trans-fat, and it can clog your arteries also. The trans-fat in the meals raises the bad cholesterol level and lowers good cholesterol level. Frozen meals usually contain more salt than what is mandatory to be added. Frozen food can also trigger your blood pressure. Sodium is a main factor in frozen meal, and too much sodium is unhealthy for you and your heart. This is why it is important to read the fine print because there are meals that have the labels, “reduced sodium” and “heaty healthy”. It is better to eat those frozen meals …show more content…
It’s not good or healthy for us at all but we LOVE eating it. It clogs up your arteries and veins and that leads to strokes and high chances of a heart disease. Canola oil is the main thing used to make fried food. Canola oil is a synthetic material and deprives the cells of our oxygen. Canola is a GMO (genetically modified organism) product, most GMO products aren’t healthy for the body. Fried food contains MSG (monosodium glutamate) to enhance the “dead food” flavor. All the meat has hormones and antibiotics. So when the food is fried, the meat soaks up every drip of oil. Not all oil is fresh either. This is also bad for your cholesterol. So basically both the meat fried and the oil used to fry the meat are both very unhealthy for you and can cause heart disease, And it 's even worse for men because the belly is closer to the
