Moses proclaimed the law of God and confirmed his preaching with miracles, prophecies, and a holy life. Moses was the one who received God’s call to lead the Israelites out of slavery. He amazed Pharaoh with wonders and called down plagues on Egypt. He opened the Red Sea and received the tablets of the Law on Mount Sinai. Moses was a great leader and really did not get to enjoy the successes of his work.
