RE: Apology for bee in chocolate incident

Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you have experienced with our product.
At Morton’s Munchies, we take pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction. Unfortunately, we did not meet our product quality standards. Upon investigating the incident, we found the cause was due to the bee dried up along with the grapes supplied by our raisin supplier. Because the bee looked like raisin, it was missed in the quality-control process.
As a testament for perfection, we have changed our raisin supplier and
