Morrulo Pharmacy: Company Overview

Morrulo pharmacy is a medium sized upscale pharmacy that is opening in Grilling heights area. It is located near the suburban plaza that houses many communities. It is located near Grilling heights nursing hospital and is under partial authorization by the Grilling heights city council.
This pharmacy employs around 60 staffs that include 10 senior pharmacists, 20 junior pharmacists, 10 pharmacist assistants and other staffs. It has different departments, biggest being the pharmacy depot, human resources team, financial team and administrates. This pharmacy also holds annual internships positions as part of the training regime under the pharmacy council of Australia.

The service houses not only OTC medications but also prescription medications that ail the general public. In the wake of current crisis in health care slash of funding Morrulo is determined to provide affordable yet quality medications that are needed.
Aside from product distribution Morrulo is currently aiming to provide pharmacy studying students an opportunity to experience a real time working environment. Through the meeting and conclusion of board of Australian Pharmacy association, Morrulo pharmacy is currently in talks to negotiate appropriate supervision guidelines and assessor appointment to give back to the community of Grilling a place where young students can have a view of their career choice.

• The critical performance/success factors that determine smooth operations are categorized as internal and external factors. Some of these internal factors include production costs, business plan, strategy, employee satisfaction and investment forms.

The MorruloPharmacy will also save finance by not allowing for customer's unlimited access to a pharmacist. If a patient has an inquiry regarding a drug, the pharmaceutical technician will help to find the solution. Apart from product services, our pharmacy has onsite provision for vaccination for infants according to the current guidelines and allergy tests that can be done as an office tests without the need for doctor’s appointment. Very few pharmacies in the country have this provision and we should hope that we can capitalize on this provision throughout this year of 2016.

Marketing Objectives:
The objectives in terms of marketing are replicated from the business objectives for 2016 can be summarized as follows:
1. Increase in customer satisfaction with affordable yet quality services.
2. Increase the number of consumers by at least 10% per year
3. Create a business that maintains its operation off the cash flow
4. Collaboration of Morrulo Pharmacy to affiliated Government
