Since JPMorgan now is under the Chase brand which focuses more on local banking services such as auto finance, retirement, educational loans and so on, unlike what Morgan Stanley is doing: offering banking services to larger entities, such as multinational corporations, governments, and high-net-worth individuals because not only does it have the largest and the most profitable wealth management sector among all the American investment banks, but also it had led successful IPOs for tech companies like Facebook and Apple which propelled it to the forefront of institutional banking and management businesses.
