On 05/23/16 at 9:48pm, I was dispatched to 4795 Moreland Drive West on an injury-possible dangerous or vicious dog. I arrived at the location and was met by Stacy Blake mother of the victim Jayden Duke. I asked what happen, Jayden explained that he was waiting for his friend outside of 4780 Moreland Drive West when the dog came out of the house; Jayden turned around and ran away. The dog gave chase, the dog bite the victim on the back lower right side. Ms. Blake wrote out a statement of fact in regards to the incident due to her son being a minor. Ms. Blake did take her son to Nationwide Children Hospital to get his wounds addressed. I took pictures of his wounds. I went to 4780 Moreland Drive West and spoke to dog owner Dustin Wallace.
