Because many parents have struggle to get the job that has been waiting for them in their lives. According to mele “got the sniffles and coughs you work then taking a day off”(242). Mele states that parents still go to work than take a day off when the illness kicks in. Mele agrees when he writes “ productively will suffer from the chances of the coworkers of infections to work”(242). Mele writes that there are chances of the coworkers having an infection while working.
