Guy Montag walks home from work as he gets to his house, he bumps into Clarisse McClellan he and her began to talk as they walk home they then get home Montag goes to his bedroom as he starts to sleep he gets up not being able to breath, he then goes to Mildred and see’s her sick. He calls the medics and they detox her her blood from her drinking too many pills, the next day Montag see’s her cooking and then goes to work, as he walks to work he starts to talk to McClellan. He goes to work each day and each day he and McClelland talk to one another, he then one day is walking to work and does not see McClellan anywhere. As he got to work he see’s Beatty and they began to talk, as they talk he asks Beatty how the old days were for firemen? Beatty looked at him with a slow blink to his eye’s. He thought to himself to not give himself away from being different. He later then went off to a house where they had found many books. They start to apply kerosene on the books, the lady of the house then refuses to get out of her house, she then sparks up a match to start the kerosene up and burns her house down with herself in it, Montag and the fireman get to the firehouse with …show more content…
I would have liked this book if it would have put out more details on the character of McClellan, rather then just her being rammed over by a car. Over all I really loved this book and the way it was written, it also shows how to appreciate books more in todays
