A Good Man Is Hard to Find” is a short story that emerges the readers into a test of morality. Throughout the story there is a sway of moral decisions, from verbal interactions to deadly interactions. The short story is seen through a Christian faith southern grandmother and a morally toned conscious narrating the actions of all characters. The conscious is vigorously trying to convey a message of good and evil. Yet good is only shined in the brisk of death. Throughout the story you can see petty good and evil within the characters and grandmother. Her actions suggested by several scholars to be assumed to be of good or evil intent.
