How can leaders take leadership and authority to unite their people? Can it be accomplished through moral control? Moral leaders who want their state to improve, use power to persuade others to make the right choices. They take in account the opinions and the needs of others who have an interest for a better future. Moral leadership means having a clear idea of responsibility that's it follows the regulations and laws of conduct. The best leaders display a level of righteousness for others to lead by example and trust in their vision. However, not all leaders with authority can possess equal power especially in the political government.
