The issue of moral judgment and the ethical decision-making is being mounted by the societal pressure. In this regard, theoretical models propose situational and individual factors contributing towards ethical conduct. According to Trevino (1986), consideration of the morally justified decision-making in the organization is imperative to the advancement in the organizational sciences. Recently, the organizational life depicts uncertain, complex and dynamic factors and the scenario increases the chances of ethical errors. Multiple stakeholder values and interests always remain conflicting, and the managers are required to exhibit the discretionary moral behavior to ensure the well-being of all. Thus, managers ought to be more trained over the ethical decision-making across varying situations because their ethical orientation relates to the protection and well-being of employees and the public.
