• After reading this article, in my opinion the moral agents are application developers such as National Security agency, Google corporate, Mspy and many different other spyware applications developers. The developers are who built this kind of application for their and users benefit by providing various kind of services in their applications. Moreover, we cannot blame completely blame users for stalking someone because the spyware application give them idea to the users to track every single activity of anyone just by installing simple application in victim’s phone, tablet or computer.
2. What is at stake?
• As article as shown there are so many thing is at stake. For example, Detective Brian Hill from the article mention the stalker can monitor “like contacts, call logs, text messages, call recordings (full recordings of entire conversations), photos, video files, and a log of every website visited by the person being stalked.” In another word a person life, privacy, peace of mind, liberty are at stake because these kind of application allow user to blackmail their victim.

If national security agents, law enforcement only have right to use these kind of applications than they should respect the privacy of civilization and avoid harm to others. Also, if only parents want to use this application for their childern 's well being than they should give their children privacy until they find something suspecting things that harm their children. In this same situation another clause,1.1 can be apply. Clause 1.1 says that it should be contribute to society and human well being which is I just explained
