The following will describe the observations made with the infants at the Montessori center with respect to the use of the Three R’s of care giving. In regards to this facility, the Infants have two classrooms with a total of three teachers and three teacher’s assistants (In this document the word caregiver is used for both teachers and teacher’s assistants). Despite there being so many teachers and assistants, there are two classrooms, each referred to as “nidos”, where each nido has a big open area including a sleeping room.
