From the beginning, this company has kept their world by their mission statement which was to be the leading real estate and homeowner service company from Manhattan to Montauk in which they exceeded their expectations. According to the research, this company not only stretched out to Montauk, but it went as far as being the nation’s fourth largest real estate company with over 5000 agents in counting today. This company itself started in 1911; it has an outstanding track record, a unique brand promise, and exceptional agent support system that attract top talent, ensuring that their agents have a team of experts representing the very best in the …show more content…
In most cases, a lot of people conform to the world and to other people’s ideas instead of only working on their dreams and goals. The founder of this company also proved to us that to run a successful business, a great system must be in place so that everything can be done consistently in order to get consistent results. It takes time to build a skyscraper over building a chicken coop that might be why most people settle for less. Building a skyscraper takes time, patience and perseverance with the right time by your side to help achieve the vision of the leader.
In conclusion, this company did more than fulfill its mission statement but it also applied all the essentials of building the right company. They have a great organizational structure where everyone knows their roles and they have placed a great system as well with the right goals to help them get to where they need to go.
