Glacier National Park in Montana had 150 in 1850 and now only has 26 glaciers. It's scary how fast these glaciers are melting. It could eventually be a very bad thing. It can cause the sea level to rise as much as 3 feet per century. They are melting so fast due to global warming. The could cause states and countries below sea level to be underwater eventually. It will also cause freshwater shortages.
