Mary Shelley suggests in her novel Frankenstein, A Modern Prometheus that it is sometimes difficult to pick out the real monsters much like in today’s society. The idea of what people think that a monster should look and sound like points to the creature being a monster. The qualities of a monster go much deeper than appearance.
