Monserrat, I loved what you have talked on your QD. It is really great that you mentioned how the government need to have a certain type of process to help and train the parents to create a good living condition for the new boring kids. i think you are right, kids need a better environment and loving parents and society. As a single mom and a teen mother, mostly it is hard for the mothers how to take care of the kids. If the government has a support to help and teach them how, the kids can get better environment.
