Based on the analysis above, it is wise for Bayer to go through with their plan to acquire Monsanto. This transaction will help to improve Bayer’s crop science division, as well as, bring then a $6.612 billion return in the coming year. With that being said, the benefits, one may believe, greatly outweigh the costs
