Monologue In Filipino's Letter In Tagalog

Shame I didn`t get more chances to learn Filipino. Looks a fun. Next year whole letter in Tagalog :-)

Firstly, I hesitated whether it is a good idea thus, my congratulation is a few days slower. However, hope you enjoyed your day.

I know I already apologised nevertheless... After we broke up it wasn`t easy to forget you so always when you came in my mind, I kept replaying our worst moments till I believed there was nothing nice about our relationship, I didn`t mean anything to you and to be honest, I limited you to an unpleasant person. When I finally accepted it, I simply deleted it all out of my head. Certainly, I`ve remained you from time to time, but I never allowed myself to think of you softly. Then we chatted and out of the blue, my feelings for you started to return. It was very puzzling to process it so quickly and to tell the truth, I wasn`t even sure what I want. Well, I`d give my right hand for the time machine. Don`t you have a spare one? I`m not asking for your friendship either Facebook friendship. I`m only sorry I spoiled your nice try so

I decided to sleep with you to have someone to improve my English in return. I learnt to make phone calls, thus it was all worth it. Later on, I fell in love. I am so sad I didn`t answer to your message. I longed to marry my first love. It could have been so romantic. Did you want to give it a try or were you merely lonely? Do you think you would forgive me for not seeing your boys and fall in love? I chose to believe we met just to learn something from each other. You showed me how joyful the life could be. Maybe it is true that everyone gets exactly what needs at the moment. A fresh new start was surely the best option for you. It`s just quite hard to lose you twice. Ten years ago I convicted myself that something better was waiting out there for me. Today I already know I won`t feel with anyone else the way I felt with

Maybe it was supposed to be like a promise that one day I would return to him. I couldn’t expect him to wait for me, though. In fact, I was happier pretending that he would immediately forget about me. That meant I wouldn’t have made a huge impact on his life, which, in turn, showed he wouldn’t be hurt. I wondered if any of my friends knew what was happening.…

I am over protective. No, I am not Lancelot outside the palace doors; nor am I the bouncer keeping minors from entering the club. In the first exploration, we explored the opening monologue of the Narrator and the very first scene. This first scene is important as it can be linked to the idea of omnipresence and control of play. In this case, the control is over how social class affects the main characters. This can also relate to Greeks’ idea of Fates who decide the fate of humans for their own pleasure. The Narrator is always there and it is as if he is amused by the actions of Mickey and Edward.…

Just past the Raceway gas station, where the speed limit drops from 55 to 35 on Route 10, stands a narrow bridge that hovers over the James River. As your car veers with the road to the right, the trees disappear and the dark, flat water rests beneath you. The bridge’s concrete and rubber expanders jump your car’s suspension up and down as you slow to enter the city. Along each side, the green trees envelope the shoreline and reach out their bright branches, enshrouded with leaves, to you in welcoming. Once back onto the mainland, a petite mustard yellow sign to the right of the road reads Welcome to the City of Hopewell.…

I guess the moral of the story is it’s a small world and I’ve been a bumpy roller coaster that I unknowingly took a lot of good people on, but I’ve tore it down. I know now you’ve been flying above watching the whole time waiting for me to get to the right place and hop off though. You tried to get me there once and I stumbled because I didn’t have to tools or strength, I was put in a padded room surrounded my everyone from family friends to coworkers and strangers (its not paranoia). Once you saw I was poking the glass and I saw an opportunity for a job I wanted I’d get it together just needed the correct tools and asked for them you threw Home Depot and Lowes at me and I grabbed what I needed to seal the deal and looking back it has been…

    Filipino Culture Essay

The Philippines have been colonized by the Spaniards and the Americans for centuries, and these two cultures have had a significant impact on the Filipino culture and their identity. Martin and Nakayama note Kluckhohn and Strodtbeck research on cultural values claims that, “Values are the most deeply felt beliefs shared by a cultural group; they reflect a shared perception of what ought to be, and not what is” (p. 99). The Filipinos culture has had influences from civilization prior to the Spanish occupation, Spanish colonization, and American society. Oreiro (2014) mentions, “Unlike many others within the Pan-Asian grouping, Filipinos have the distinction of being the only groups of immigrants to come from an American colony” (p. 6). In order…
