"Father, I hear you are in need of my ear." I said, trying my best to not temper him. "Yes, what you hear is true. I beckoned you here to listen to where you stand on my decision on that girl." Creon stated. For once in my life, he actually seemed to care about my opinion. "Your word, father, means so much more than any marriage that was arranged for me. True love is not about convention, but rather where one's loyalty lies. My loyalty is with you; your wisdom is one of a kind." I hoped this appeased Creon, but knowing him, he'd twist my words to be something they're not.
