Monologue About Dog

Wait, what happened? Why are they talking about a dog? Why are they calling me a dog? Why am I so small? Oh No! I’m a dog! Wait! How did this happen? Was it that witch I saw last night? Was it the wizard? Maybe it was the sorcerer! They don’t know it’s me. They’re taking me to the pound? All because somehow, I managed to turn into a dog. If I don’t figure a way to tell them it’s me, they’ll ship me off! I will just prove that’s it’s me inside a dog’s body!

I know! I’ll get my favorite soft, comfortable, running shoes! That will convince them I’m sure! Ok, now all I need to do is get them to pay attention to me. Hello! Over here! They’re not looking now what? Maybe if I drop them at their feet it will work. They officially aren’t paying any attention to me! It has to work. If it doesn’t ill go to the pound! This one will probably get my dad’s attention, I hope. I will get my hunting gear out! So far I have my bibs, coat, boots, face paint, and hat with gloves. Oh, I just can’t go to the pound I don’t belong there I belong here with my family! If I go I don’t know what I would do I need them! I guess now its just time to see if it worked. I think it’s working, they’re calling for me! They’re picking me up! Do they know? Do they really know? They know! It worked! It really worked! I’m not going to the pound!

So now that I am not going to the pound I must track down that sorcerer. Was he at the meatball factory I went to? Maybe he was at the donut hut. Ill check there first. He’s still here eating his 150 donuts! He’s almost done so I will have to hurry! Quick, bark! Bark! Bark! Hey mister, will you change me back now? Ok great thanks! Now it’s time to go home, and enjoy the rest of the day. So next time I turn into a dog I will be sure to find that sorcerer in the donut
